Meet Rhianna

Hi! I’m Rhianna Kwan, a certified holistic nutritionist based in Vancouver. I’ve always been curious about the link between food and mood—especially after years of managing my own mental health and energy levels with nutrition.

My path here wasn’t linear—I studied sociology and English at UBC, worked in everything from real estate to education, and eventually followed my passion to the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Along the way, I learned that food isn’t just fuel—it’s connection, comfort, and a powerful tool for change.

I’ve been plant-based for over 14 years, I’m a proud meal-prepper, and I believe in creating space for joy and flexibility in how we nourish ourselves. Growing Minds is where I bring all of that together—with a down-to-earth, compassionate approach that meets you exactly where you are.

My approach to nutrition is holistic, taking both physical and mental well-being into account.
