1:1 coaching begins with a complimentary discovery call where we chat about your goals and see if we’re the right fit. If you decide to move forward, you’ll complete a detailed intake questionnaire to help identify root causes, symptoms, and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll have an initial intake session to dive deeper and build your personalized plan. Follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed to support progress, adjust strategies, and keep you on track.

Kids’ health affects how they think, learn, and grow. My 1:1 coaching for kids focuses on cognitive function—boosting focus, memory, and energy through tailored nutrition. With my partner’s 10+ years in education experience, I offer practical plans for your child’s needs, from ADHD support to better habits. As a Vancouver-based holistic nutritionist, I work with parents to create kid-friendly meals and strategies that fit your family. How does the coaching process work?
We start with a 60-minute intake session ($150), either in Vancouver or online. You’ll fill out a detailed form beforehand, and we’ll discuss your health and priorities. I’ll craft a starting point—meal ideas, lifestyle tweaks—based on you. After that, ongoing support is customized with plans ranging from $100-$250/month, depending on how often we connect.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Some extended health benefits cover holistic nutrition services, depending on your provider. I recommend checking with your insurance company to see if you're eligible for reimbursement.
Is this only for people in Vancouver?
No—coaching is available worldwide virtually or in-person in Vancouver, BC. Online clients get the same personalized attention through video calls and email support. Wherever you are, I’ll adapt the plan to fit your life.
What happens during the free consultation?
During your free 15-minute consultation, we’ll chat about your health goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in a nutrition plan. This is a no-pressure opportunity to see if my approach is the right fit for you. You’ll also get a better idea of how my coaching programs work and what to expect if we move forward together.
Do I need to commit to a long-term plan?
Not at all. After the intake, you choose what works—month-to-month, no lock-in. Some stay for a few months, others longer. It’s about what suits you, and you can adjust or pause anytime.
